Malik Beasley Scores 20 Points Against Knicks
3 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves shooting guard Malik Beasley led all scorers with 20 points in Tuesday's 96-88 loss to the Knicks, shooting 8-for-23 from the field and 4-for-16 from three-point range. He notched four rebounds and had one assist and one steal with zero turnovers in 40 minutes. Beasley put in a good shift but his shooting numbers were very disappointing here. He is currently the best scorer on the team, with Karl-Anthony Towns, Anthony Edwards and D'Angelo Russell out because of health and safety protocols, and has to do a lot better. Minnesota has a very tough matchup next against Utah, but they can finish the week against the Lakers and their awful defense.
