Magic, Jalen Suggs Agree On Five-Year Contract Extension
1 month agoOrlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs just cashed in on a massive deal after being named to an All-Defensive team last season. The former fifth-overall pick agreed to a five-year extension that will pay him $150.5 million to stay in Orlando. With Cole Anthony remaining on the bench and Markelle Fultz not on the team anymore, Suggs is primed to take on an even bigger role on both sides of the ball. Last year was his healthiest season so far as he appeared in 75 games and averaged 12.6 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.0 threes, 1.4 steals, and 1.8 turnovers per game while shooting 47.1% from the floor and 39.7% from beyond the arc.
