2 months agoSan Jose Sharks center Macklin Celebrini (lower body) will not play in Saturday's preseason finale against the Vegas Golden Knights. The rookie phenom has battled a lower-body injury this week after getting hurt in a meeting with Utah on Tuesday. There's still some time left for Celebrini to get healthy for the season opener, as San Jose won't be in action until Thursday. Celebrini is considered a Calder Trophy favorite this season, along with Philadelphia forward Matvei Michkov. Assuming he doesn't run into serious health problems, Celebrini should have no issues getting around the 60-point mark.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
