Luke Raley Enjoying A Career Year
1 year agoTampa Bay Rays first baseman/outfielder Luke Raley went 0-for-3 with a walk in Tuesday's 2-1 loss against the Chicago Cubs. But that isn't a reflection of the year he's had at the plate, as the 28-year-old is breaking out with a .244/.343/.545 slash line with 10 long balls, 23 runs, 21 RBI, and seven steals over 44 games. Raley's transformed into a must-add if he's still available on the waiver wire and should continue contributing power and speed as a member of the Rays starting lineup.
