7 months agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Luis Matos has officially been recalled from Triple-A Sacramento on Sunday. Michael Conforto (hamstring) has been placed on the 10-day injured list as a corresponding move. It is unclear whether Matos will receive everyday at-bats or not, but he will definitely be in the outfield mix for the Giants. The 22-year-old has scuffled at the plate to start his minor-league season as he is slashing .218/.308/.355 with three homers, 17 RBI and three stolen bases across 31 games. He is worth a speculative add in the deepest of leagues, but most managers should probably take a wait-and-see approach with Matos instead.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
