2 years agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Luis Cessa has been released. The 31-year-old was designated for assignment last week and was officially released on Sunday. He got off to a rough start this year with a 9.00 ERA, 2.23 WHIP, and an 11:12 K/BB ratio over 26 innings (seven appearances, six starts).
