5 years agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Lucas Sims will be called up from Triple-A Louisville to start on Tuesday against the Pirates. Sims is currently 3-0 with a 4.06 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and impressive 12.8 K/9 in nine starts (44 1/3 innings) for the Bats in 2019. The right-hander posted an ugly 7.47 ERA, 1.79 WHIP and 9.2 K/9 in nine relief outings for the Braves and Reds in 2018. While Sims' strikeout potential is intriguing, he'll still be a very risky fantasy streaming option on Tuesday in what will likely just be a spot start.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
