1 year agoFantasy managers will face a tough call with Lucas Herbert this week. His volatility has been on full display in 2023, which includes a 14-event stretch that has resulted in five missed cuts and five top-15 finishes, including a win in his last DP World Tour start at the ISPS Handa Championship back in April. Herbert's history at the Scottish Open paints a similar picture, with back-to-back T4 finishes in 2021 and 2022, followed by a missed cut at last year's event. He enters this week as the 15th-best putter in the field over the last 100 rounds and has shown the ability to get scorching-hot on the greens, but we would only recommend rostering him to fantasy managers with a very high risk-reward tolerance.--Ryan Hickey
