Logan Webb Loses Third Straight Game
2 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Logan Webb has gotten off to a rough start in 2023. He dropped his third straight start on Monday night against the Los Angeles Dodgers in a 9-1 loss, allowing four runs on six hits (two home runs) while walking one and striking out six in six innings pitched. Webb should eventually be able to turn things around for his fantasy managers, but it hasn't been pretty for the 26-year-old right-hander early on. Through his first three starts, he's allowed 12 earned runs on 19 hits (four homers allowed) while walking three and striking out 22 in 17 frames. Webb's strikeout-to-walk rate is encouraging, so if he can keep the ball in the park moving forward, he should be alright.
