Vegas Golden Knights goaltender Logan Thompson came away with the victory in a third consecutive start on Monday, backstopping the team to a 2-1 overtime win against St. Louis with 31 saves. Thompson was only beaten in the game by Brandon Saad, who ruined his shutout bid with 5:07 left to play in regulation. The 27-year-old has turned on his form at a good time, as Vegas has lost Adin Hill (undisclosed) from the lineup. Hill's injury means that we will likely see Jiri Patera between the sticks on Tuesday versus Nashville. If Hill can't return on Thursday against Winnipeg, Thompson will get a chance to improve a 20-12-5 record. He has allowed 2.72 goals with a .907 save percentage.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
