Lions Activate Kerryon Johnson From Injured Reserve
5 years agoThe Detroit Lions are activating running back Kerryon Johnson (knee) from Injured Reserve on Saturday, according to a source. He is eligible to play in Week 16 against the Broncos after being out since Week 7. The long layoff assures that the Lions will play it safe with Johnson and limit his snaps this Sunday. On an offense led by quarterback David Blough, it's hard to recommend Johnson as anything more than a weak RB3 play in fantasy championship weekend. Expect him to split snaps with Bo Scarbrough (if he plays) and J.D. McKissic.
