1 year agoChicago White Sox relief pitcher Liam Hendriks was able to throw a live batting practice session on Friday. The right-hander threw around 20 pitches to three different batters. This might be the final hurdle for Hendriks to clear before he's able to return from the injured list. The team has not given a clear timetable on his return, so fantasy managers will need to be patient. He was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma in January, but is now cancer free. He'll likely be eased back into action once he's cleared to return. However, he's expected to be the full-time closer once he's back to 100 percent.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
