Landon Knack Throws Six Scoreless Innings
1 year agoLos Angeles Dodgers pitching prospect Landon Knack threw six scoreless innings for Triple-A Oklahoma, allowing just three hits and striking out seven. His plus fastball-slider combination was working on Saturday, generating 15 whiffs on 35 swings. Since being promoted from Double-A on June 17, the 25-year-old has a 3.29 ERA and 27.1% strikeout rate at the Triple-A level. While there are many high-quality pitching prospects in the Dodgers system, Knack still has the opportunity to earn a promotion by the season's end. With improvement in each of his Triple-A starts, Landon Knack is a stashable starting pitching option in keeper and deep redraft leagues.
