Lance McCullers Jr.'s Elbow Injury Caused From Hitting
6 years agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Lance McCullers Jr.'s (elbow) forearm/elbow injury was caused from hitting last weekend against the Dodgers. McCullers has already reached a career high in innings pitched (126) in 22 starts this year, which ties a career high. There is no timetable for him to begin a rehab process. There's a very realistic chance that McCullers doesn't make another start for the Astros this year, as they might be willing to move him to a relief role down the stretch and into the playoffs. In shallow mixed leagues, you may want to think about moving in another direction if you haven't already.
