LaMonte Wade Jr. Collects A Hit And An RBI Wednesday
1 year agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman LaMonte Wade Jr. started at first base and batted third against Mariners left-handed hurler Tommy Milone on Wednesday. He drove in a run with a sacrifice fly in the third inning. Wade also hit a ball toward deep center field, which Julio Rodriguez mishandled, resulting in another run being scored. Although he did not receive credit for an RBI due to the error, he managed to get a base hit in the seventh inning. By the end of the day, he was slashing .279/.410/.446. Additionally the 29-year-old has cracked nine home runs, scored 40 runs, and recorded 28 RBI across 312 plate appearances.
