LaMelo Ball Scores 22 Points In Losing Effort
Charlotte Hornets point guard LaMelo Ball had 22 points in Wednesday's loss to Philly, adding seven rebounds, three assists, and two steals with six turnovers in a career-high 38 minutes. He shot a solid 8-for-16 from the field and 3-for-6 from outside. Gordon Hayward also had 22 points for the Hornets. Terry Rozier (ankle) is currently missing, which has given Ball a chance to start and eat up a lot of minutes. His fantasy stock is consistently rising and he should finish off the week with a bang in a juicy matchup against Washington on Sunday. Friday's meeting with the Jazz should be a lot trickier for him, as Quin Snyder's team has limited opposing point guards to a league-low 37.9 percent shooting this season.
