Lamar Jackson Trying To Improve Accuracy
6 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson said he made it a point to keep a wide base while trying to improve his accuracy this offseason. The 22-year-old is the team's franchise quarterback now after they got rid of Joe Flacco this offseason. In his first year in the NFL, Jackson completed 58.2 percent of his passes for 1,201 yards passing, six touchdowns and three interceptions in 16 games played. He was much more effective on the ground (695 yards, five touchdowns), and the Ravens will continue to be a run-first team. But if Jackson can make strides with his arm heading into his second season, he'll be that much more of a weapon as a dual-threat QB.
