5 years agoThe Seattle Mariners activated third baseman Kyle Seager (hand) from the 60-day injured list on Saturday and optioned infielder Dylan Moore to Triple-A Tacoma in a corresponding move. Reliever Sam Tuivailala was also moved to the 60-day injured list. Seager, who was a big disappointment to fantasy owners in 2018, will return as the team's starting third baseman moving forward. The 31-year-old had 10 hits in 39 at-bats (.256) for Tacoma on his rehab assignment but can be useful in all leagues if he can stay healthy. Seager has 20-plus home runs in each of the last seven seasons, including 30 home runs in 2016. He's at third base and batting sixth on Saturday against A's starting pitcher Mike Fiers in his season debut.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
