Kyle Larson Bit Of A Wildcard At Los Angeles
2 years agoKyle Larson had a quick car in practice at times and finished tenth in qualifying on the 1/4 mile track at the Coliseum. Now, the question is can he keep the emotions in check? Last year, he finished a distant fifth. However, practice showed the No. 5 car to be a bit slower coming out of the final two turns. That translated into losing a couple tenths of a second. It does not sound like a lot but over longer runs that deficit adds up. Larson and his Hendrick Motorsports pit crew will need to make a few adjustments especially for the main event which does feature a break after Lap 75 (halfway point).
