Kyle Hendricks Struggles On Monday

Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Kyle Hendricks struggled in Monday's game versus the Cincinnati Reds. Hendricks had his shortest outing since April and only went 4 1/3 innings in a no-decision. The right-hander allowed nine hits, five runs, two walks and struck out four on the evening. Hendricks had a rough start of the season, but has been pitching very well since April ended. Managers should chalk up Monday's outing as just a rough patch and continue to have confidence in Hendricks moving forward. Hendricks remains 12-4 and now has a 3.85 ERA. Hendricks will look to turn it around on Saturday versus the Washington Nationals.
