Kwang Hyun Kim Throws Seven Scoreless Innings On Monday
3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Kwang Hyun Kim pitched very well in Monday's win over the San Francisco Giants. He threw seven scoreless innings, allowing just three hits and two walks. He struck out two, throwing 89 pitches (58 strikes). Kim earned the win, improving to 3-5 and lowering his ERA to 3.39. He doesn't strike out a ton of batters and he's had some good luck on batted balls, but Kim is still performing well enough to be a back-end rotation option in mixed leagues.
