2 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Kumar Rocker threw two scoreless innings in Monday's Arizona Fall League game with the Saguaros. He earned the win, allowing one hit and two walks with two strikeouts on 32 pitches. This was a relative improvement from his AFL debut last week, in which he battled control issues. The 22-year-old had arthroscopic surgery on his elbow last September, but the Rangers and fantasy managers will hope that he can move through the minors quickly now that he is healthy.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
