6 years agoChicago Cubs third baseman/outfielder Kris Bryant (shoulder) is out of the starting lineup for the third straight game on Monday. Bryant is currently battling a sore left shoulder, so the Cubs are giving him a few days off to rest. Ian Happ will bat seventh and play third base against the Dodgers on Monday. The Cubs believe the injury is minor, so hopefully no disabled list stint is needed for Bryant.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
