Kris Bryant Homers In Cactus League Game Monday
2 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Kris Bryant looked good at the plate in Monday's 7-3 win over the A's, going 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk. The 31-year-old served as the designated hitter in the game, but will likely play left field during the regular season. This is encouraging for both the Rockies and fantasy managers, as Bryant missed the majority of the 2022 season due to a number of injuries, including a season-ending foot injury. He likely will only be outfield eligible this season, which is a shame given the relative scarcity of third base. However, Bryant has provided pop and average with a bit of speed throughout his career, and he should be able to benefit from Coors Field if he can stay healthy.
