2 years agoSeattle Mariners second baseman Kolten Wong isn't in the starting lineup for Tuesday's matchup against Andrew Heaney and the Texas Rangers. He'll get a typical day off with a lefty on the hill, as he owns a career .653 OPS against southpaws. Sam Haggerty will take his spot on the field and bat last in the lineup. The 28-year-old has been horrendous so far over 13 games, slashing .077/.172/.077 with no homers, no RBI, one run, and three RBI. Haggerty's been exceptional versus lefties in his career, though, posting a .270 average with a .846 OPS, so maybe he'll find a spark and provide fantasy managers with some contributions as a streaming option.--Spencer Seguin
