Kevin Streelman Goes Low Friday at TPC Potomac
6 years agoKevin Streelman fired a blistering second-round 62 in the Quicken Loans National Friday morning. The bogey-free 62 tied a career-low for Streelman and sent him skyrocketing up the leaderboard. It was a dream start for the veteran Friday, as he played his first five holes in five-under par. Streelman never looked back and found 13 of 14 fairways and 17 of 18 greens on the day, to set the Quicken Loans National tournament single round record. After a disappointing two-over par 72 in Thursday's first round, Friday's masterpiece left Streelman at six-under par for the tournament and in serious contention.
