Kevin Kiermaier Starting To Come Around Versus The Yankees
6 years agoTampa Bay Rays outfielder Kevin Kiermaier scored a run for the second straight game Sunday versus New York. After going 0-for-13 in his first four games back from injury with no runs scored or driven in, he has gone 2-for-8 with two runs scored over the last two games. Kiermaier even stole a base Sunday. The center fielder hit 15 home runs and stole 16 bases last season. Kiermaier has the potential to put up double-digit steals and home runs and somewhere in the region of a .260-.270 average across the rest of the season.
