Kevin Durant Has Double-Double Performance Versus Toronto
4 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant was back among the starters in Tuesday's meeting with Toronto, and he celebrated it by recording a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. The veteran added four assists, two steals and two blocks to his line in a 116-103 win, shooting 5-for-7 from the field and 3-for-5 from downtown in 33 minutes of action. This could actually have been a huge night for KD had he taken more shots, but the team didn't really need it and still won comfortably despite Kyrie Irving settling for nine points. Durant gets points at will and is averaging five rebounds and five assists this month despite averaging 22 minutes a night, so it's very hard to slow him down and the Pacers are in for a frustrating night on Thursday.
