6 years agoDetroit Lions running back Kerryon Johnson has easily been the most dynamic player in their backfield through two games. With the Lions off to a shaky 0-2 start, it is likely that they will be throwing out the kitchen sink Sunday night at home against the Patriots. Considering a rough season-long outlook for the Lions is now a reality, at least for now, their second-round selection's role should expand soon. He will match up Sunday night against a Patriots defense that was just shredded by the Jaguars, and is likely without two of their best defensive players, with lineman Trey Flowers and strong safety Patrick Chung listed as doubtful.--BobbyJA
