Kerryon Johnson Has Chip On His Shoulder
5 years agoDetroit Lions running back Kerryon Johnson admits that he's heading into his second year with a chip on his shoulder. Johnson ran for 641 yards in his rookie year before a sprained knee cost him the last six games. Fantasy owners may be overlooking the Auburn product because he finished last year injured, but he could be a very solid RB2 worth investing in around the fourth or fifth round of drafts, especially since Detroit should remain heavily committed to the ground game in 2019. Johnson could be tasked with handling 25-plus touches per game in a best-case scenario.
