Kerryon Johnson Breaks Out With 125 Rushing Yards In Week 4
5 years agoDetroit Lions running back Kerryon Johnson shouldered a heavy workload in Week 4 and delivered in a big way. He rushed the ball 26 times for a season-high 125 yards and added two catches for 32 yards. Johnson was averaging just 2.6 yards per carry entering the game, but was able to find much more running room against the Chiefs in Week 4. Johnson's the clear workhorse in the Detroit backfield, with his backups being J.D. McKissic and Ty Johnson, neither of whom topped four carries in Week 4. Start Kerryon with confidence going forward as he'll be a solid RB2.
