Kenny Pickett A QB3 In First Career Start
2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett took over for the benched Mitch Trubisky at halftime of a Week 4 loss to the New York Jets and wound up completing 10 of his 13 passes for 120 yards and three interceptions while rushing for two touchdowns. Now installed as the Pittsburgh starting quarterback moving forward, the rookie faces a tough Week 5 road matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Buffalo's defense has been tough on quarterbacks, allowing the eighth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position through four games. Pickett showed that he has some rushing upside but the matchup makes this a tough week to trust him outside of deeper, two-quarterback formats. Treat him as a high-end QB3 for Week 5.
