Kenny Golladay Suffers Head Injury
5 years agoDetroit Lions wide receiver Kenny Golladay (head) is being evaluated for a concussion in Week 17 against the Packers. Before leaving, Golladay had three grabs for 72 yards. With nothing to play for in the regular season finale, we'd be surprised if Golladay returns for this game, which would be really bad news for those still playing for a fantasy title. Coming into this Sunday, Golladay had 62 catches for a career-high 1,118 yards and 11 touchdowns. He needs just five more catches to match his career high in catches set last season with 70. It's saying something that Golladay continued to produce fantasy relevant numbers in the second half of the season with third-stringer David Blough throwing him passes. He'll be a strong WR1 next year. If he doesn't return Sunday, Danny Amendola, Chris Lacy and rookie Travis Fulgham will operate in three-receiver sets.
