Kenneth Walker III Continues Inefficiencies
15 seconds agoSeattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III was highly inefficient in Week 13 against the New York Jets. Walker received another full complement of 16 carries in this game, but he only averaged 3.1 yards per carry. Walker ended up with a dud of a fantasy football day because he only caught two passes for -3 yards. Walker has been relatively inefficient over the last several weeks despite the Seahawks attempt to commit to the run more heavily. His passing game usage had kept him in the RB2 conversation, so his Week 13 output is that much more disappointing. To make matters worse, back up running back Zach Charbonnet ran for 28 yards on just four carries. Charbonnet also scored the team's lone rushing touchdown in Week 13. Charbonnet's solid outing does not signal a changing of the guard by any means. However, the Seahawks need to find a way to get Walker going in the running game. He will look to recover from this poor outing in Week 14 against the Arizona Cardinals.
