Kemba Walker Drops 44 Points In A Losing Effort
3 years agoNew York Knicks point guard Kemba Walker had a huge performance in Thursday's loss to Washington, shooting 14-for-27 from the field en route to a season-high 44 points. He was 7-for-14 with the three-ball and 9-for-9 at the line, adding nine rebounds and eight assists with zero turnovers in 43 minutes. This line might go down in history as the greatest one from a player who was just out of the rotation for nearly a month. Kemba has been hot ever since returning to the fold, and he can shine against the short-handed Hawks next on Christmas Day. However, Knicks players are starting to clear health and safety protocols, and it remains to be seen how much longer Walker can stay in the rotation.
