Keegan Bradley A Sleeper Pick At U.S. Open
5 months agoKeegan Bradley has been playing solid golf ahead of the difficult test awaiting at Pinehurst this week. Prior to his middling T43 finish at last week's Memorial Tournament, the 38-year-old Tour veteran posted three consecutive finishes inside of the top-25, including a T2 result at the Charles Schwab Challenge and a T18 result at the PGA Championship. He's also gained strokes ball-striking in seven of his last eight starts, and despite not being known for his putting prowess, he's gained over four strokes on the green in his last two starts. Bradley's US Open history is littered with missed cuts, but he did finish in seventh place at the 2022 US Open and T4 in the 2014 US Open, the last time Pinehurst hosted the event. He ended a four-year winless streak with two victories in 2022, and he did historically win in his first Major appearance at the PGA Championship back in 2011. If Bradley can marry another hot putting week with his historically elite ball-striking, fantasy managers choosing to invest in his $6,800 DraftKings price tag will be handsomely rewarded come Sunday evening.
