5 months agoKaz Grala will attempt to stay on the lead lap on Sunday as he will start 40th for the Grant Park 165 in Chicago. The Rick Ware Racing car was almost 1.7 seconds off the top lap time of Kyle Larson. Grala tried to get nine laps in but was constantly around 2 to 2.5 seconds off the top times. His nine laps showed Grala losing time coming in and out of the big turns including the 5-6 combination. Grala's hope may lie in attrition on Sunday afternoon as the race will be 75 laps in all. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
