Kawhi Leonard Will Be Ready To Start 2023-24 Campaign
2 years agoAccording to Clippers president of basketball operations Lawrence Frank, forward Kawhi Leonard (knee) will be ready to start the 2023-24 campaign. The 31-year-old was diagnosed with a torn meniscus during the postseason series against the Phoenix Suns, keeping him off the floor for the final three games. Fortunately, his "ACL is intact," so some rest and rehab could be enough to get him back to 100%. Leonard averaged 23.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.4 steals, and shot 41.6% from deep last season. However, he was limited to only 52 games. Without question, Leonard has top-10 upside for fantasy managers in all formats. But his durability has been a constant issue, so his fantasy stock should continue to trend south heading into next season.
