Juuse Saros Sees Hot Streak End
4 years agoNashville Predators goaltender Juuse Saros picked up his first loss in five starts on Thursday when the team was defeated by the Stars at home 4-1. He allowed three goals on 30 shots in the game. Saros blew hot and cold at the start of the season, but he finally found some consistency last month and posted a nice 5-1-0 record in March. The Finnish netminder is now 10-7-0 overall for the season with a 2.39 goals-against average, a .923 save percentage and one shutout. Thursday was a disappointment, but the Predators have looked like a completely different team lately and they were on a six-game winning streak, so there should be more success on the horizon for Saros, especially next week with a pair of games against Detroit scheduled.
