1 year agoColorado Rockies outfielder Jurickson Profar is absent from the starting lineup for Sunday's game with Tyler Anderson and the Los Angeles Angels. The 30-year-old veteran has disappointed in his first year in Colorado, despite the friendly confines, batting .236 with six homers, 33 runs, 27 RBI, and no steals across 69 games. Without the stolen bases, Profar has minimal value in any format, even as the primary leadoff hitter. Backstop Jorge Alfaro will take his spot in the lineup as the designated hitter, batting sixth. The former prospect is struggling again with the bat across nine games, posting a .115/.148/.308 with one home run, and he can be left on the waiver wire in all leagues.--Spencer Seguin
