Julius Randle Scores 25 Points In Losing Effort
4 years agoNew York Knicks forward Julius Randle scored a team-high 25 points with seven boards, three assists, two triples, and a steal in a 109-89 loss to the 76ers. Randle flirted with a triple-double in his first game this year, then followed it up with 25 points on scorching 73 percent shooting from the field. The Knicks will need these sorts of performances from Randle if they want to compete, especially considering teammate R.J. Barrett's struggles from the field in this contest one game after shooting the ball lights-out. Randle will look to stay hot on Sunday against the Bucks, who surrendered 25 points and 15 rebounds to the big man in their most recent showdown.
