Julius Randle Records Fourth Consecutive 30-Point Game
4 years agoNew York Knicks power forward Julius Randle led the charge offensively once more on Sunday, finishing a 122-112 overtime win against New Orleans with 33 points on 11-for-28 shooting. He's the first Knicks player since Carmelo Anthony in February 2014 to post four consecutive 30-point games. The first-year All-Star added 10 assists, five rebounds and five steals to his line with four turnovers in 47 minutes. Randle, who shot 2-for-8 from downtown and 9-for-10 at the charity stripe, is on fire right now and should have another good offensive outing against the Hornets on Tuesday. Charlotte's frontcourt has been depleted lately due to injuries, and their defensive numbers against power forwards haven't been great all year.
