Los Angeles Dodgers starter Julio Urias (shoulder) hasn't thrown off a mound, according to Dave Roberts. Urias is still recovering from shoulder capsule surgery and has been limited to throwing on flat ground. Roberts anticipates Urias to finally start seeing game action sometime in July. Dynasty owners who have held onto Urias this long are welcoming the news. He showed some of the best raw stuff at a young age.
