Juan Flores Starting To Heat Up At High-A
3 months agoLos Angeles Angels catching prospect Juan Flores has begun to turn the corner after his disappointing start at High-A. Across his previous three games, the backstop has held a .385/.385/.538 with two doubles and an RBI. Before this stretch, Flores posted a .135/.244/.189 line in his previous 12 games. Overall, through his first 37 games with High-A Tri-City, the 18-year-old has held a modest .227/.283/.280 slash line with only seven extra-base hits. Earlier this summer at Single-A, Flores held a strong .248/.345/.425 line through 48 games. Dynasty managers should continue to follow Flores to see if he can make the necessary adjustments to succeed at High-A.
