Jrue Holiday Fills Up Stat Sheet In Loss To Rockets
4 years agoMilwaukee Bucks point guard Jrue Holiday was everywhere on the court in Thursday's losing effort against the Rockets, picking up 29 points, 10 assists, four rebounds, four blocks and two steals with a single turnover in 38 minutes. He had a huge fourth quarter, which included a pair of big blocks and a stretch where he scored 13 straight points for the Bucks. Holiday was forced to lead the charge after Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) made an early exit with less than a minute played in the game. Khris Middleton led the team in scoring with 33 points and Bryn Forbes provided a career-high 30 points off the bench. As always, everybody gets a bigger piece of the pie when Giannis doesn't play, and it looks likely that it will also be the case on Friday against Chicago.
