Jrue Holiday Caps Off Solid Night With Game-Winner
4 years agoMilwaukee Bucks point guard Jrue Holiday had 15 points off the bench and hit the game-winning shot in Thursday's 112-111 victory over Memphis. He shot 6-for-14 from the field and had three assists, two rebounds, and two steals with one turnover in 23 minutes. Holiday has been coming off the bench in recent games and hasn't played much as he is working his way back from COVID-19. With the All-Star break now coming up, Holiday will have some extra time to focus on his conditioning, and he should be back among the starters soon. Milwaukee starts the second half of the season with a potentially tricky matchup against the Knicks, but they will then face Washington and their horrible defense in back-to-back outings.
