Josiah Gray Goes Six Scoreless Innings Thursday
1 year agoWashington Nationals right-hander Josiah Gray kept the New York Mets at bay on Thursday, allowing no runs on just two hits over six innings of work. However, he walked three to just four strikeouts, and his club ultimately lost 2-1. Gray's in the midst of his best campaign in the big leagues, posting a 3.27 ERA with seven victories, but owns a meager 19.9% strikeout rate to go along with a 10.5% walk rate and 1.41 WHIP. Fantasy managers can roster the 25-year-old in deeper formats, but his value is quite limited in standard leagues.
