Los Angeles Rams kicker Joshua Karty's only field goal attempt in Week 7 caromed off the right upright for a miss, his second of 2024. Karty also missed an extra point attempt for the second time in as many contests, having missed a chance in the Rams' Week 5 contest against the Green Bay Packers before going on bye. Los Angeles has had little going on offensively and as such Karty has had scant opportunities to score, having 11 attempts of both field goals and extra points through six games. Karty and the Rams next face the Minnesota Vikings who are allowing just 17.8 points per game. Cooper Kupp's return in Week 8 should help open up the Rams' offense but Karty is still a dicey play. Fantasy managers should look elsewhere rather than pin their hopes to the rookie kicker in the first game of the week.--Dan Stephens - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Rams kicker Joshua Karty had an up-and-down rookie season, but he finished on a very nice run and will hope to carry over his momentum into the Wild Card matchup against Minnesota this Monday. Even though the game had to be moved from Los Angeles, Karty will still be indoors since the game will be held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Karty finished the season on a high note, making all of his kicks against the Seahawks by nailing an extra point and four field goals, including two from over 50 yards away. On the year, he made 29-of-34 field goal attempts and 32-of-36 extra points. He went 13-for-13 on field goal attempts in the last six weeks and will look to continue that momentum when called upon Monday against Minnesota.--Zach Thompson - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Rams kicker Joshua Karty made all four of his field goal attempts against the Seahawks in Week 18 and converted his only extra-point attempt as well. The sixth-round pick from Stanford finished the regular season 29-of-34 on field goal attempts and 32-of-36 on extra-point tries. He made all 13 of his field goal tries over the last four weeks, which should give him a big confidence boost going into the postseason. He also made field goals of 57 and 58 yards to finish the season six-of-seven on kicks from 50+ yards. After an inconsistent season, the rookie finished strong and will look to keep rolling next week as the Rams host a Wild Card game, which means he'll be kicking indoors again as a solid option against the Vikings or Lions.--Zach Thompson - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Rams kicker Joshua Karty will be kicking indoors at home against the Seahawks in the season finale of his rookie year. So far this season, the sixth-round pick from Stanford has made 25-of-30 field goals and 31-of-35 extra points. This week, his Rams are resting multiple starters with a first-round home playoff game secured by a five-game winning streak. Karty helped lock up the Week 17 win by converting both field goals and one extra point last week in the team's 13-9 victory against Arizona, and he hasn't missed a field goal since Week 12. Still, without his regular offense and against a stingy Seahawks defense, he's a mediocre play in Week 18. He's RotoBaller's K17, meaning he is a mid-level option this week.--Zach Thompson - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Rams kicker Joshua Karty was perfect on his kicks during Saturday's game against the Arizona Cardinals. Karty made two field goals, including one from 53 yards while connecting on his lone extra point attempt in the win over the Cardinals. The rookie kicker has been shaky at times with five missed field goals and four missed extra point attempts this season. Despite that, the Rams continue to ride with Karty and are hopeful he can be their kicker of the future. This offense moves the ball enough to give Karty plenty of work on a weekly basis.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
