Josh Richardson Gets 14 Points In Sixers Win
5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers shooting guard Josh Richardson nailed his first triples for the team in Monday's win over Atlanta, finishing up with 14 points. He went 2-for-5 from behind the arc and 6-for-14 overall from the field. Richardson added five rebounds and three assists to his tally, while also playing a big part defensively with three blocks. The nice all-around performance led to Richardson finishing up as the most efficient Sixer as he ended the game with a plus-12 rating. Richardson had missed all of his eight three-point attempts before Monday, so it was nice to see him break out of the slump. He'll try and keep things rolling on Tuesday against the Timberwolves, who are allowing opponents to hit 42.4 percent from downtown through three games, which is the third-worst mark in the league.
