3 years agoHouston Astros pitcher Josh James (hip) is on schedule to begin a rehab assignment at Low-A Fayetteville this week. James had surgery on his left hip last October. He has had multiple setbacks while attempting to work his way back to action. James put together a fantastic track record in the minors, but he's mostly struggled over his 68 MLB appearances since 2018. He has a career 4.60 ERA and 1.33 WHIP in the Majors. He's expected to join the Astros bullpen when he's finally ready to make his way back to the team.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
